Why production is where content budgets leak
Most content overspend doesn't come from creative ambition; it comes from logistics. A sample that doesn't arrive, a stylist double-booked, a studio that runs over, a reshoot because a product was missed. Each problem is small, but together they decide whether a shoot delivers.
